Join An In-depth
Weekly Buddhist Study Program

Foundation Program

Sundays, 3- 5pm  & Tuesdays, 7- 9pm

The Foundation Program (FP) is for those who wish to deepen their understanding and experience of Buddhism through systematic study and practice. FP students make a commitment to attend classes and one group meditation per week.   Beginning this fall, we will be studying Universal Compassion.  Based on a famous Buddhist poem, Training the Mind in Seven Points, this book shows how true mental freedom and lasting happiness can be achieved by transforming our mind.  Each class includes meditation, teaching and discussion.
Everyone is welcome!

"We need to reflect again and again on the special opportunity we now have. If we develop a deep appreciation for the preciousness  of this life we will definitely make a determination to use it wisely. Then we will feel as if our life has become truly meaningful."
